Brey Quick: Journey of the Come Up #5 – “13″

I never thought one of my tracks would be made into a dub-step/electronic banger… But I’ll be damned if it didnt just happen! Area6 (@Area6), an EDM producer and DJ out of Providence, RI took my track “13″ (off LIGHT YEAR) and flipped it into something special. So far I have gotten nothing but great reviews on it, and I appreciate Area6 for putting his amazing spin on it. Skyed.

“12 apostles and a messiah. 12 Knights of the Round Table and King Arthur…13 was a number central to certain traditions of sacred geometry, because it reflected a pattern which could be seen to exist in man, nature, and the heavens. 13 is also my favorite number personally… I wore 13 when hooping in college at High Point. Obviously 13 is considered unlucky, which made me love it even more.
