Danny G is ready to present his raw talent & add his name to Pittsburgh’s rapper repertoire. The 17 year old rapper recently released his debut mixtape Dream Come True that bleeds those relaxed melodies that contribute to the Pittsburgh sound. Danny is having fun making music; the project features party songs such as “Last Doobie” and “All On Me.” Tracks such as “Claustrophobia” have a smooth Pittsburgh vibe provided by Johnny Juliano that we’ve come accustomed to. Other producers featured on the project include Cardo, Sledgren, and Big Jerm.
Danny possesses a gift with words that is unknown with young rappers today. I would like to see Danny step outside the box with his beat selection and get more in depth lyrically. His freestyle “Hey” was served to fans months ago as a sample, but definitely showcases the strength in his lyrical abilities.
