What prompted your start for this career path?
I was always interested in still photography, started taking b/w photo classes at city college of San Diego, really enjoyed it, and pursued the lifestyle.
Who recognized your talents and what it meant to you?
Friends were the first to notice I had a talent in photography. I didn’t think anything of it…becauase I was raised to believe anything creative was a hobby..not a career. Although it felt good, that people noticed my work.
First problem you have come across?
Building relationships w/editors and finding regular photography work.
As an up and coming, what was it that you seen that you need to improve?
Continuing to stay focused on creating new work.
How will you make an impact given a chance?
I have a passion for the art, and feel confident I could create unique images for a magazine.
